Very knowledgeable. Got me right into the appointment and explain why he had to do the test he does and he explained what could happen if I go without correcting my hearing. I also heard from my doctor that there is a correlation between dementia and not correcting your hearing...

Cody, as usual, was very efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it promptly. He spends time with the customer to ensure that everything is working correctly and tweeks the hearing aids as needed by the customer.
